Registration for a Swanky International costume is only considered complete upon receipt of the required deposit payment.
Deposit Requirements

• All costume purchases require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total costume price at the time of registration.

• Any costume upgrades, add-ons, or additional accessories selected must also be paid at a minimum of 40% at the time of purchase.

• Costumes will not be reserved without the required deposit.

Final Payments

• All costumes must be paid in full before collection and distribution, date TBD.

• Costumes with outstanding balances will not be issued under any circumstances nor a refund issued for deposits.

Payments can be made through the Online portal via the official Swanky International MasOS registration platform.
Swanky International reserves the right to amend payment deadlines and policies as necessary. All registered masqueraders will be notified of any changes in advance.
